In a significant shift within Wieden + Kennedy (W+K) India, Chief Creative Officer Santosh Padhi (Paddy), President Ayesha Ghosh, and Head of Delhi Shreekant Srinivasan have announced their resignations. Having joined the agency in early 2022, Padhi and Ghosh played pivotal roles in establishing the Mumbai office and enhancing operations across both Mumbai and Delhi.
During their tenure, the duo successfully led campaigns for major brands, including Jio 5G, Hero Vida, and Jockey. Padhi expressed pride in their accomplishments, stating, “We managed to get some of the biggest brands in the nation and had success on every front. I have to depart in search of a new love.”
Ghosh reflected on the exhilarating journey, stating, “The last 2.5 years have been quite exhilarating... Every interaction with the W+K crew opened my mind to new ways of thinking.” She added that she looks forward to dedicating more time to yoga and family.
W+K India expressed gratitude for the leadership provided by Padhi and Ghosh, acknowledging their contributions to the agency’s growth and culture. The agency’s statement read, “We wish them all the best as they move on from the agency.”
