Mukta Kumar, a prominent figure in the field of Public Relations and Crisis Communication, has been recognised with the prestigious Chanakya Award 2024 for her outstanding contributions to crisis communication. The award, presented by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), was conferred upon her during the 18th Global Communication Conclave in Mangalore, where industry leaders gathered to celebrate achievements in the PR and communication sectors.
Ms Kumar, who is the Founder and Director of Konnections IMAG, a communication agency based in India, was acknowledged for her expertise in managing crisis situations and safeguarding the reputations of her clients, both nationally and internationally. Her strategic approach to crisis communication and her ability to manage sensitive situations have played a key role in shaping the communications strategies of some of India’s leading organisations.
