Logicap Management Pte. Ltd., backed by Rava Partners, has announced a joint venture with Mitsubishi Estate (MEC) to develop modern industrial and logistics facilities across key industrial zones in India. This partnership aims to meet the surging demand for advanced infrastructure solutions, marking a significant step in the expansion plans of both companies.
The initial portfolio includes strategically located facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi, specifically in Gurgaon, Haryana. The joint venture aims to create world-class, sustainable facilities to serve traditional industries as well as the rapidly expanding e-commerce and IT sectors.
The seed portfolio encompasses two large-scale projects covering a total site area of 29 hectares, providing a combined effective area of 179,000 square meters. Developed by Pragati Warehousing, a Logicap portfolio company, these facilities are tailored to support a diverse range of industries, from traditional manufacturing to modern e-commerce.
Since their completion between 2021 and 2022, the facilities have been fully occupied, highlighting the strong demand for high-quality logistics infrastructure. With direct access to major highways and industrial centres, these assets are poised to play a crucial role in bolstering India’s supply chain capabilities and supporting global corporations operating within the country.
