Havas CX, the global customer experience network of Havas, has officially launched its new office in Singapore, marking a key milestone in the agency's expansion across Southeast Asia. This strategic move aims to enhance Havas CX's capabilities in the region by combining the expertise of Think Design’s UI/UX and experience design with Ekino’s technology and digital transformation skills.
Havas CX is already present in 18 major cities worldwide, including London, Paris, New York, and Mumbai, and sees Singapore as an ideal base for growing its customer experience (CX) offerings in Southeast Asia. This expansion is part of the agency’s broader Converged growth strategy, which seeks to deliver integrated and transformative customer experiences in one of the world’s most dynamic digital markets.

The Singapore office will also integrate Think Design’s design and user experience expertise with Ekino’s technical capabilities. Think Design and Ekino will collaborate closely with BLKJ Havas to deliver cutting-edge, impactful solutions for brands looking to improve their engagement with audiences. This partnership will be led by Deepali Saini, CEO of Think Design, and Rowena Bhagchandani, CEO of BLKJ Havas, both of whom will report to Rana Barua.
