Goibibo, a leading online travel platform, has launched the next chapter of its "No-Compromise" campaign, which originally debuted earlier this year. This new iteration of the campaign, presented through a digital film, leverages nostalgia and aims to resonate with travellers in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. It features the iconic father-son duo of Jayaram and Kalidas, who have recently been onboarded as brand ambassadors.
Building on the initial success of the campaign, Goibibo taps into the cultural nuances and linguistic heritage of Tamil Nadu and Kerala to strengthen its connection with local audiences. The digital film revisits the much-loved characters from the cult classic film Panchatanthiram. In the film, Jayaram plays a character who faces the familiar challenge of booking the perfect family hotel. While Jayaram consults his friends – Ram, Reddy, Hegde, and Vedham, who are all nods to the classic film’s iconic characters – his son Kalidas suggests a smarter and more efficient option: using Goibibo. The platform, he points out, has over 35 lakh user reviews to help travellers make an informed decision.

The digital film is now available on Goibibo’s official social media channels. As part of the campaign, Goibibo is also offering a limited-time flat 50% discount (up to INR 2000) on the first hotel booking made through the platform.
