Garage Worldwide has announced the appointment of Raj Nair as Chief Creative Officer.
Nair joins Garage Worldwide with the intent of making the agency even more renowned for its creative prowess.
With over 30 years of rich experience in the advertising industry, Nair’s role will involve steering the creative and strategic direction of the agency, ensuring that it continues to deliver outstanding work for its clients.
Nair transitions to Garage Worldwide from Madison BMB, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Creative Officer. His wealth of experience across diverse categories and his leadership in creative thought are expected to greatly enhance Garage Worldwide’s offerings.
His advertising journey spans over three decades, during which he has garnered recognition for his creative contributions. His career includes stints at renowned agencies such as HTA, Enterprise, Contract, and Madison, where he has worked on a wide array of brands including Cadbury, Shoppers Stop, Asian Paints, HSBC, Jockey, and Bajaj Auto, among others. His work has been recognised at both national and international levels, with awards from prestigious shows like Cannes Lions, One Show, and the New York Festival.
Nair’s passion for creativity is evident in every project he undertakes, drawing inspiration from his love for good work and the thrill of seeing ideas come to life. This passion also earned him the title of Covid Humanitarian Hero by IAA India for his #TheWorldNeedsABreather initiative during the pandemic.
