Etihad Airways has secured a landmark partnership as the Official Front of Shirt Sponsor for Mumbai City FC, starting from the 2024-25 season. This multi-year agreement underscores Etihad's ongoing commitment to the Indian market and highlights Mumbai City FC's status as a leading professional sports team in India, having clinched two Indian Super League titles and two Indian Super League Cups.
The record-breaking deal aligns with Etihad’s celebration of 20 years of operations in India. From the upcoming season, the Etihad Airways logo will prominently feature on the front of Mumbai City FC’s first and youth team match shirts, as well as their training kits.
The partnership reflects the strong ties between the home countries of both organisations and their shared values of teamwork and excellence. It aims to unite people and inspire ambition.

In celebration of 20 years of flying to India, Etihad’s A380 will commence flights between Mumbai and Abu Dhabi from 1st September. This service will be available for four months, allowing passengers to experience the iconic superjumbo on this popular route.
Etihad operates 175 flights per week between Abu Dhabi and India, with Mumbai served four times daily, offering seamless connections to Abu Dhabi and beyond.
