BigBasket, a TATA Enterprise, successfully concluded the 2nd edition of the Tata Ultra Marathon Promo Run at RBANM’s ground near Halasuru Lake. With over 2,000 enthusiastic participants, this year's event centred on the theme #MovingTowardsWellness, emphasising fitness and holistic well-being.
The marathon commenced at 6:00 AM, featuring a scenic route that showcased Bengaluru’s iconic landmarks. Runners could choose between a 10K or 16K challenge, earning finisher medals, e-certificates, runner kits, and T-shirts upon completion. In line with its commitment to sustainability, BigBasket provided organically grown fruits to participants, celebrating both the marathon and World Organic Day.
Dignitaries at the event included VS Ramesh, Co-Founder of BigBasket, and senior representatives from Tata Sons, highlighting the importance of wellness and sustainability in today’s society.

Looking ahead, the Tata Ultra Marathon is set for February 25, 2025, in Lonavala, featuring 50 km and 35 km race categories through the picturesque Sahyadris. This event aims to challenge participants while promoting a healthy lifestyle and sustainability.
