AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company focused on marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, has announced key leadership appointments for the India and Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions. Siddharth Kelkar, Managing Director, Performance Business, and Aditya Aima, Managing Director, Growth Markets, have been appointed Co-Managing Directors for India and MENA, taking over from Rubeena Singh.
In their expanded roles, Kelkar and Aima will lead operations in the India and MENA region, leveraging their extensive expertise to drive business expansion, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance the company’s presence in these vital markets.
Kelkar and Aima joined AnyMind Group through the acquisition of POKKT, a mobile advertising platform, in 2020. Kelkar has seven years and Aima five years of experience with POKKT. These leadership changes align with AnyMind Group's strategic vision to scale operations in both regions.

Siddharth Kelkar brings over 20 years of experience in the media industry, having worked across digital, print, and broadcasting mediums. Before joining AnyMind Group and POKKT, he held leadership roles at SVG Media, Ozone Media, and Reliance Games (Zapak). He has also worked with The Times Group, Hindustan Times, and CNBC TV18.

Aditya Aima has over two decades of experience in the ad tech, broadcast, and publishing industries. Before joining AnyMind Group and POKKT, Aima held leadership positions at Culture Machine Media, Astro Malaysia, Bloomberg TV, and Turner Broadcasting System.
